Lacrosse

This sport requires in depth training to enhance skills in the physical and performance qualities that may not be focused on in other sports. Every positon in this sport calls for a high level of endurance along with a high body weight and low body fat.

 

We focus on aerobic and anaerobic endurance training that builds into a dynamic athlete.  Explosion, Reaction, Speed and Agility are key components we develop and enhance here at Ocular. Our strength training strategy for our lacrosse clients complements the desired fitness from their respected coach.
