The ability to be able translate information to athletes, no matter the age or experience is key when deciding on a trainer.  The ideal trainer must be able to identify and apply a strategic plan to overcome weakness, while simultaneously enhancing their strengths.

 

Coach Stewart “Master Trainer” has the ability to help guide you to reaching your goals and beyond. Coach Stewart received his Applied Science Degree in Business in 1995.  His experience as a high school and college athlete playing football, basketball and running track brings a unique style to how he molds and reshapes the body, trains the brain and motivates the athlete.

 

Coach Stewart has been SAQ Certified for the past 13 years.  His conditioning, speed, agility, weightlifting, core and stretching techniques that he learned throughout his college career bring all the utilities needed to create a dominant athlete. His 2 year stint of Martial Arts training will empower all athletes with the secrets of powered breathing and play by play visualization that will give you that much needed edge to reach a state of being “In The Zone”.

 

Coach Stewart has trained all types of athletes from: NFL, NBADL, AAU, High School and Youth. Coach Stewart has headed many Sports Camps: College Exposure Camps, Speed and Agility Camps, Volleyball Camps, Defensive Back Camps, Referee Training Camps and High School Football Combines, Winner of S.P.A.T 7 on 7 Tournament.

Coach Stewart and Ocular Sports have been serving the Atlanta area since 2001 and has developed an outstanding reputation throughout Metro Atlanta.  What separates Coach Stewart from other trainers is his attention to detail, the professional atmosphere he builds and his intensity to produce the best possible training environment for each athlete. He goes out of his way to develop the right personalized program for each athlete. This creates, develops and ensures an atmosphere of success and achievement.   

 

Coach Stewart travels and works with several Colleges and Universities, and lends his expertise to several retired and current professional athletes. He is married to his high school sweetheart and they have 3 children. His oldest Rashad Stewart played Safety at Louisvile and Georgia State University.  He is now CFO and Lead Trainer for Ocular Sports.
